Solved it.
It was a client issue.
Parantheses was encoded in a strange way on certain e-mail clients.
When changing subject_prefix to -$LIST- it worked better.

Not sure but could this be a client issue. If you have 'subject_prefix'
set there should be no reason it attaches multiple $LIST entries.

What version of majordomo are you using? What email client are you using
when replying to this list? Have you setup a test list with default
settings to test if the problem shows up when just 'subject_prefix' is
modified?
