bounce-remind subscribes owner-bounce to bounces list??

I figured out my problem I reported in my last post.

The "bounce-remind" sender in the script is nobody.  I had restrict_post 
set to a file but did not have nobody listed in the file.  Once I got that 
straight, it tests just fine...
