Sample list

I'm trying to get majordomo-1.94.5 working for the first time on my Linux box.  It seems to execute without any errors now and that all my permissions are ok.  I installed it as user majordomo and group daemon.  I want to test it by forwarding mail from my fetchmail/sendmail system (already set up) to my email accounts on the web.  I edited majordomo.aliases and saw that it refers to a file in the lists directory.  How is this list file formatted?
