Let me guess, since the information was not include in your post.
You are running majordomo version 1.94.5 installed from the RPM
for SuSe linux. Your MTA is sendmail 8.12.10. I will also assUme
you have root access to the file system if you need to make any
changes.
Sendmail has security rules. One of them, is that a mailing list
(:include: file) can not be group writable. Go to the lists directory
and remove the group write bit from all list membership files.
cd /var/lib/majordomo/lists
chmod go-w *
