Change Listname in the To-Header Field

Hello List,

how can i change the To-Header Fild in majordomo? When a person send
an e-mail to the list, then is the recipient LISTNAME@DOMAIN. What i
want is each person in mailinglist as recipient.

Is this an option or had someone a idea?
