The message to test-list@volvoclub.org.uk comes back to me OK, I'm the only
one on the test list. There are no irregular entries in maillog, but the
message is not showing in Majordomo Log.

The HOW-TO by Dan Liston stated that the dirs should be 755.

the first place to look is in the logs. Are you getting any errors either
in the maillog or in the majordomo log?

What happens when you send a message to test?

Does the message go to the test list at all??

>/usr/local/majordomo/archives/test-digest (755)

Why do you have this one?^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Are you archiving the digests as
well?

>/usr/local/majordomo/digests/test-digest (755)
>/usr/local/majordomo/lists (755) /usr/local/majordomo/lists/test (file:
>644) /usr/local/majordomo/lists/test.config (file: 660)

I can't remember why but I have my archives and digest folders set to 775.
