If users are subscribed to the digest only, and you want to allow
them to post to your list, add the name of the digest to your
restrict_post setting like such;

restrict_post = mylist mylist-digest

This assumes the name of your list is mylist, your digest is
called mylist-digest, and your config files for mylist is
mylist.conf
