The "Mail Delivery Subsystem" and 550 5.0.0 messages indicate there is
are a problem with your MTA and the permissions it needs to be able to
write to the digest directory.  Since this directory is owned by 
majordomo with user and group write access, all I can ask is if your
MTA user is a member of your majordomo group?
