Majordomo-Users: A tiny problem tht seems to be huge!

Well, the problem tht I have is pretty bizzare! I had a problem in adding a fourth owner to the majordomo.aliases (the fourth owner’s is only to approve the bounced messages). Let me tell you the exact situation. I already had 3 owners in the owner’s lists(like, list-owner: owner1, owner2, owner3), and now I wish to add the fourth owner, and after adding him to the fourth position (like, list-owner: owner1, owner2, owner3, owner4) when the fourth owner tried to forward a bounced mail, his mail was received by the list recipients as normal mail along with the Approved:password line! But when I replaced and added the fourth owner to third position(like, list-owner: owner1, owner2, owner4, owner3) , he could now forward the bounced mails correctly, but now, the fourth owner (owner3) cant forward them correctly! So is it that the number of list-approval is limited only to three?? Can you please help me here! I would really appreciate your help here.
