Go it. The name of the outgoing isn't needed, but the [digest-name]
referred to in the FAQ is in fact the [list-name] with -digest at the
end, which I failed to appreciate.

The issue of digest members posting may have been fixed by Ed's 
comments, seems to be that FAQ 3.11 should reflect that point.
