VERP is based on having a separate From: address for every message sent,
implying that there is a separate message for every recipient of a list
rather than one message with many recipients.  I looked into this years
ago without success.  It goes against majordomo's design.  Now, if you
could get the actual MTA (sendmail, qmail, postfix, exim) to perform this
task as it processes the recipient list for the distribution, it may be
possible.
