Be kind to the rest of the internet. Just because the mail client you
are using is capable of MIME encapsulation, attachments, and fancy fonts,
does not mean everyone can use/see them.
Restrict your list messages to plain text.
Use copy and paste instead of attachments.
If you must make binary files available to a large number of netizens,
put the file on an ftp or web site, and reference that site in your mail.
As for your bounce message, you have told us nothing about your mail
server, what version of majordomo you are running, how it is configured,
or what you have already tried in regards to troubleshooting. If all
you want to know is how to get your message sent, the first two paragraphs
should suffice.
