Subject: Incredimail users?

I've had several members of the various groups I host that have sent email to
a group and it comes through, but there's nothing in the body. The one thing
they have in common is using Incredimail. Frankly, I have no idea what that
is, but the header shows:

X-Mailer: IncrediMail (nnnnnnn)

They send HTML/MIME email, but others do that too. I have html_policy = strip
so my archives aren't hammered. I'm not going to turn that off, else my
archives are worthless.

Any help would be great!

MD 1.94.5
sendmail-8.12.5-7
perl-5.8.0-55

all running on a Red Hat v8.0 server.

Thanks,
