        # html_policy          [enum] (strip) <resend> /pass;return;strip/
        # How should postings that contain HTML be handled? If set to
        # 'pass' (default) they are passed unchanged. If set to 'return',
        # they will be returned to the sender with a short nore that this
        # list accepts no HTML-formatted messages. If set to 'strip', they
        # will be stripped to plain text, and pass. If you want all MIME
        # stuff to be flattened, consider using demime.
        # (http://scifi.squawk.com/demime.html) instead.
html_policy         =   strip

Nope, doesn't look like it, per se, but that's what strip is supposed to do,
unless the above paragraph is incorrect.
