Thanks for your reply. What I would like to achieve is
that I do not recieve any of that kind of mails. Is it possible to enable a rule
that that kind of mails are not being send?

Hi, I guess your concern is if anybody sends
mail to the mailing list that should not go through. Your hosting provider can
have a check on that . What it means is if the mail is not sent by any
approved e-mail id than it will not go through. In this case you will get
message something like non-member submission
