admins is the name of one email list, and events is the other one. The email
addresses are stored therein. For those on 'digest' they are in admins-digest
and events-digest. The .info files are what can be retrieved to see what the
list is about. In .config are the specific email group settings. There can
also be a .intro which would be sent when someone is added to the list.
