For two reasons, people can post to your outgoing alias for the list.

You need to use virtusertable entries to block the use of this alias.
You need to prevent the advertisement of the alias from the headers.

In virtusertable add something like

compadm1-going @
 msv1u .
 nro .
 nao .
 ac .
 jp	error:nouser User unknown

and in your aliases file, 

compadm1: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper resend -l compadm1 compadm1-outgoing,nobody"
