Here's an old example that worked for me.  I've used demime and
postfix for years with majordomo and mailman.

listname.listdomain.com:   "|/usr/lib/majordomo/demime
'|/usr/lib/majordomo/resend -l listname -C /usr/lib/majordomo/majordomo-listdomain.com.cf -h listname.com
listname.listdomain.com-outgoing'"

Note the placement of the various quotation marks, they are important.
