I am getting these too, since I moved to a new server.  I believe that it is spammers sending e-mails to majordomo @ mydomain . com and addressed as coming from majordomo.com.

The abort is, as it says, to avoid getting into a mail look.

I have directed all of these into my spam folder.

Got the majordomo tool working.. that's all that responded.

Now, I have an issue with the nasty messages filling up disk space:

MAJORDOMO ABORT (mj_majordomo)!!

Majordomo @ hoppipolla . net punting to avoid mail loop.

I only seem to get these messages after I restart sendmail and then send a message to one of the lists.

Any resolution have a resolution to this?
