Transferring messages to web-forum

I've been running a Majordomo driven mailing list for several years but 
for various reasons have decided to continue my forum discussions in a 
web-based forum instead, then close down the mailing list.
However, it would be great if I could also transfer all the archived 
list messages over to the web-forum so that users could search for 
previous discussions etc.
Are there easy ways to do this? And which web-forum software does it 
work with?
