Subject: A script for checking permissions

It seems that we have been having a lot of setup problems lately that
are related to incorrect/mismatched permissions during a majordomo
setup. Maybe we should have a perl script that can be run on an
installed majordomo setup that will check the permissions, ownership,
and group of all of the files/directories etc for all lists.

Optionally, it should offer to correct the problems it find. Also an
option to create needed directories (e.g. archive directories for a
list), or at least ask if the directory should be created would be
nice as well.

It should read the majordomo.cf file to determine the paths and other
info it needs.

Anybody feel like writing this pup?
