That should work, even adding a " " at end of the line works too (at least it
works with our sendmail 5.67b8/IDA-1.5)

Well, the RFC for mail stats the mail must end with a line with a single dot,
you can test it yourself by making a direct conection to smtp port.
Now, i tried editing a file like the first example and sent it to myself with
"mail marcos < file": I got the mail _complete_. But when i use
"/usr/lib/sendmail marcos < file" (adding the proper headers to the file) i
got only the lines _before_ dot. You can now be sure resend get the mail
complete, but when try to deliver it, the mail get truncated by the dot.
Dunno what does mail program to avoid this "dot" error, but resend should do
it too.
Maybe a good solution for it is making resend either ignore a such line or
just add a " " at end of the line.
