The default settings for wrapper are owner daemon, group majordomo.  Make
sure wrapper is set the way you think it is (owner majordom, group 3748 in
your case).  The majordomo.cf not readable is pretty clear....  Newer
versions of majordomo come with a test program that can be used to see how
the owner/group are set.  Run "wrapper test" for that....
