Subject: umasks for digests and archives

Both archive2.pl and digest use the standard majordomo umask. That
means that archive files and digests are only readable by people in
the majordomo group.

In my case, many of my file dirs are actually symlinks to locations
in the anonymous ftp area, and I always have to go in there and chmod
the archives and digests.

I think there should be a .cf file entry, or a list-config entry to
do the chmod. For now, I've just hardcoded it (in true majordomo style ;) )
but I'd be willing to make the change if people were interested.

Colin
