another misbehaved mailer

Looks like Microsoft Mail is also a misbehaving mailer. Seems like 
after it processes incoming mail to strip off all the useful SMTP 
headers it will bounce messages to the Reply-To address. The username 
appears to be Microsoft_PO@host. I've added a screen to my resend 
locally, and you might want to also.
