Internet Access Patch

In 1.92 one of the to-do's is a patch to verify the address
of the person sending mail to majordomo or a list and to
verify that the user (or all users in a domain) is
'allowed in'.

In essence this would be used to prevent unwanted 'probes'
and mailbombs from outside my 'domain'.

As I can't see a specific reference to this in 1.93, does
anyone know if the patch is available yet -or has someone
written a patch which they would be prepared to share.
