Actually, Chan's name really is "Chan Wilson"; SGI's mailers often do funky
things, but they aren't reversing Chan's name...

I'm sorry, but I strongly disagree that the management side of the system
should be "dumbed down" in order to accomodate clueless dweebs who'll never
be able to figure it out anyway.  It should definitely be made more
consistent than it is now, but I don't see why advanced list owners should
sacrifice functionality in order to accomodate novice owners.

Under Chan's plan, novice owners could be accomodated with pre-defined
templates covering common cases.
