I agree on the first, but automagic processing of bounces is a HUGE
task, and way out of the scope of "normal" use of procmail.

Smartlist uses procmail, and it relies on a bunch of scripts and binaries
to do its bounce detection, not procmail.  Also, I've looked at the
smartlist bouncing code, and it seems rather flakey to me.

Alan Millar has come up with a sort of autobouncer, perhaps we should
include that with majordomo?  Any comments Alan?
