	I have a binary written just for deleting bounced mail 
	mmessages, on the mailing lists on Netcom.  It is invoked 
	from procmail, and works, some of the time.  I don't know
	how much better it would work, if Netcom would upgrade it's

	The message it generates are sometimes pretty obscure.
	OTOH, the bounce messages it doesn't detect are even more
	obscure, and rare.
