Alpha 5 of 1.94 is ready, fixing the following buglets from 1.94a4:
Majordomo:
o $cookie_seed is now set by default to $homedir,
and mentioned in sample.cf.
o An approved which overrides max_which_hits.
Shlock.pl:
o $shlock'retries is setable in majordomo.cf.
o shlock retry sleep is rand(10) now.
Makefile:
o 'make' doesn't do a 'make install'.
Resend:
o fixed the bounce code to ignore a blank bounce reason.
o only complain about msg length once.

A patch is available, a4_to_a5.patch.
