There's a file named "LICENSE" included with the distribution.  Note that
there's a new version of it in the latest alpha releases, which will be in
the next release.  The changes basicly spell out more cases where you
_don't_ need a commercial license, easing the current restrictions, which
will hopefully reduce the number of license questions I get by email.
