Again, this is after the MANUALLY inserted Approved: -- In situation #1
you would have a blank line inserted automatically by the mailer after all
the headers (including Approved:).
Do you see this being a technical problem? (That Approved: is in the real
headers as opposed to manual) If so then we could make it the first two
consecutive blank lines after Approved: as the start of the message body.
