Why not upgrade and see if the problems still exist? 1.92 is VERY old.
1.93 corrects quite a few problems and 1.94a7 is the latest pre-release.

Doesn't munge domain handle this partially? Obviously not the two
different userids, but being in the same top-level and 2nd level domains.
