Subject: 1.94a3 problem invoking sendmail

Grabbed 1.94a3 because of the problem compiling wrapper in 1.93 for a
Linux system - found the corrections for that in the mail archive on
Meadow - but also found 1.94a3 - for which all went smoothly on the
install up to wrapper config-test, which gave me:

BAD: The mailer isn't executable or isn't valid.
HOWEVER, the mailer command is not default (/usr/bin/sendmail -f$sender
-t)
Attempting to verify that this is a valid mailer...looks okay.

And entering the line to sendmail directly gives me:

whitfb:/usr/local/majordomo-1.94# /usr/bin/sendmail -f$sender -t
-t... Recipient names must be specified

When I do the "echo 'lists' | mail majordomo" test, the mail gets to the
majordomo spool, but there's no response back.

Ideas?
