The behavior is contained completely within regular expressions which are
configured in majordomo.cf.  The supplied regexps check anywhere on the
line, but you no longer have to hack the internals of resend to change that
behavior.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to make up some alternate sets of regexps
and put them in the documentation.  Willing to help, Jim?
