Just so everyone knows where 1.94 stops, it has the mailer reorganization
but doesn't have any of the address verification cleanups that we've been
talking about. I actually sent a message encouraging everyone to try and
subscribe bad addresses to a test list here but it never made it out,
probably due to some administrivia it contained. Drat. That stuff will
come in the first alpha/beta of 1.95.
Also, a quick note: don't get the patch. It doesn't include any of the
files that are new to this release. Get the whole thing.
