I just had some errors from the digest command; in this case I
believe it was making one digest when enough notes arrived for
another digest to be created at the same time. (Yes, I realize it
is unlikely that this will happen again.) I believe the error
message was "No reason".

I'm using 1.93

Is there some error in the digest process that would cause this
behavior? Did it get fixed in 1.94?
