No one.  But who says your mail host has to be reachable by http from
the outside?

I even said that this isn't so hard to do.  You get privs right and it
should just work.  Assuming you get some code for a CGI to do it. 

There are problems when your internal mail hub is behind a firewall.
But you want external people to be on your list.  You've GOT to
maintain the ablity to do the list though e-mail.

Even if I have a mail expander and a web server machine outside the
firewall I STILL don't know if I'd want the mail and web machines to
be the same.  Because personaly the concept of bad interactions
between the two scares me.
