Yep, I have a Perl CGI program to collect data and a Perl program to
(mostly) create new lists. The (dangerous) part I haven't automated is
creating the aliases (see my recent posting re mail hubs and NIS). I
consider it highly tailored to our setup, however, and doubt that it
would do anyone else much good, especially since the CGI part is
continually being developed, so don't even ask.
