Forwarding Mailing list to Newsgroup

Hi,

I'm new to both this newsgroup and to majordomo administration.

Can someone help me with the following :

1. How do I subscribe to this mailing list ?
Please email me, as I'm not subscribed yet, but just found the address on the net.

2. I need to find out how to forward mailing list mail from majordomo to a
   newsgroup. We have a professional mailing list which we want to have ALL
   the posts made to it, forwarded to our newsgroup.

This has probably already been discussed on this newsgroup ?
Can someone email me the messages if you've saved them, or if it's a quick
answer just tell me how to do it.
