Yep. It's a bug and a royal pain to fix. It requires a complete rewrite
of the address parser, which I'm not planning to do. The fix is actually
easy if you junk perl4 compatibility, so I'm just going to put it off.

I have a script that will strip an address list using a better address
parser.
