If you want to list the addresses who are allowed to post without approval,
you can do that with a "restrict_post" file specified in the list config
file. Mail from addresses not on the list will be bounced to the list
owner for approval.
If you want to list the addresses who are NOT allowed to post without
approval, you can do that with the "taboo_headers" variable in the list
config file in 1.94. It's a list of regexps that, if matched, cause the
message to be bounced to the list owner for approval.
