Can someone decode this? It is with 1.94b5, but I've suddenly had the
same problem with other versions I've tried. Any postings to the list
bounce with the error message:

and I don't understand the "must specify '-l list'" warning since the
"-l list" is clearly specified.
Could these messages reflect a problem with an external mailer? I hadn't
made any changes when these problems started cropping up. However there
is nothing in the mail header to indicate that the message ever left
this site.
