outgoing_address keyword?

	For a long time the Majordomo FAQ has had a long
diatribe on how to set up a more secure setup for your majordomo
list.  (how to hide the -outgoing address, etc)

	It seems obvious to me that resend should just get
the outgoing address from the .config file.  This would be much
easier than using the @filename stuff, and pretty much negate
having to use that mechanism at all.
