Can't locate ctime.pl

Hi,

 I'm getting the error "Can't locate ctime.pl" (see below).

 OS: Slowlaris 2.5
Ver: Majordomo 1.94
Perl: 4.036

  Sorry, I keep getting : 
*** Error code 1^M
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `libperl.a'^M


  when tring to build Perl 4.036 or Perl 5.003....

 So I'm using UNIX Power Tools perl4.036. From O'reilly & Associates.

Good: "require"d /usr/local/majordom/majordomo.cf okay.

Can't locate ctime.pl in @INC at /usr/local/majordom/config-test line 61.
