I have a nit with the Makefile in 1.94. The method line for building
the wrapper should not have 'cc' but $(CC), IMO. I imagine (note
that I don't know, I just imagine) that all platform's variants of
make honor that syntax, and it allows for a cleaner makefile, where
make CC=gcc wrapper
will work!
