I think it is probably good to bounce the message. RFC-822 is lenient
enough in what it allows to pose as valid headers without us making
further exceptions for broken mailers.
One thing I am still very interested in is that new address parser you
were working on to try and clean up the various and sundry creations that
end up in my list files. Have you gotten any further on that front?
