I sent a version of it to majordomo-users just the other day.  Someone who
probably didn't know what RFC822 was wanted to write their own address
parser.  I tried to save them some trouble, and sent the routine that I was
using.  It probably isn't perfect, but it traps most of the bombs I was
getting.
