Let me point out (since we've had this problem at our site) that it is
not necessarily under your control. Users sometimes "bounce" mail from
Majordomo back to Majordomo. That sets up the loop described by the
original sender.
It would be nice if Majordomo could detect this out of the box, since
it's really bad.
I have not checked out 1.94 yet in this regard, BTW.
