Well, that great except for the fact that vacation loops and misdirected
bounces will come through with a different message-id each time.  This
_will_ break forwarding loops (where someone simply forwards all traffic
back to the list) and also will stop some kinds of duplicate postings, so
it might be worth considering as a permanent addition.  Unfortunately of
all the mail loops I've seen, none have been of the type that this code
would help.
